If I remember properly, and others could correct me if I am wrong, but when you change the drums from one to another, you will need the backing plate if they are a different size. Then when removing the backing plate you remove the spindle that the bearings are on and the bolt pattern is where the problem may lie. And I am pretty sure that the bolt pater for the Caravan is differnt than our good ole Rampages. When I did a rear brake upgrade I used the drums from an 87 GLHS, which was a direct bolt on. My suggestion would be to find a Shelby Charger or a Daytona, those would be the easiest. But I could be wrong on the bolt pattern, but if they are the same, they would be interchangable. Good Luck.
