Ok so I was reading This
Why do people blast the mitsu so much? I know the stocker sucks I completely agree. It was way to small. But why exclude all Mitsu turbos? Look at the compressor maps: If you have a mostly stock car and all you are doing is replacing the turbo and just wanted a little upgrade (200-250hp, lets be honest thats what most of the non hardcore peoples cars are making) you could not get a straighter line through the middle of the efficiency island than with the mitsu TD04H-15G. That and boost will come on sooner, probably a few hundred RPM, than with that bigger garrets. Yes if you are building a 300hp+ setup I'd avoid Mitsu like the plague but why not in mild applications? I'm open for anyone to explain.

Here's a picture of a 15G for Volvo application.

I'm having trouble selling my complete TII Garrett for $150, I doubt anybody want to spend even more getting 15G and modifying it to work with turbo dodge.

i am a mitsu turbo GOD! I build DSMs for a living. the TDO4H is a small turbine wheel and will not support more then 300hp with a 16g compressor wheel strapped to it. If you want a good turbo to spend the time making it work its any TDO5H turbo from a 14b to a evoIII 16g. I will bet money that they would perform better then any garrett.
