Why do people blast the mitsu so much? I know the stocker sucks I completely agree. It was way to small. But why exclude all Mitsu turbos? Look at the compressor maps: If you have a mostly stock car and all you are doing is replacing the turbo and just wanted a little upgrade (200-250hp, lets be honest thats what most of the non hardcore peoples cars are making) you could not get a straighter line through the middle of the efficiency island than with the mitsu TD04H-15G. That and boost will come on sooner, probably a few hundred RPM, than with that bigger garrets. Yes if you are building a 300hp+ setup I'd avoid Mitsu like the plague but why not in mild applications? I'm open for anyone to explain.
