New OBX LSD broken spring washers????

Just tore apart my brand new OBX unit and suprise surprise broken spring washers. Anyone have this problem and is there a source for replacements?

I just pulled apart my NEW OBX and had only 5 washers?

The diagram in this thread and common sense sugget that there should be 6.

Can anyone verify 6 or 5?
