o2 eliminator

I have an '03 Turbo Ram with the hemi engine. Most everything on this uses a 5 volt signal. I want to run an o2 eliminator but am told since they read 0 to 1 volt my pcm won't like it. I have monitored my o2 sensors with a DRB III scanner from Dodge. While driving my o2 sensors showed 3.43 volts so the signal is 0 to 5 volts. The o2 sensors have the normal wiring harness which is like 4 wires. Two heaters and signal/ground wire.

Has anybody used o2 eliminators on a 5 volt system? Is there something out there for this? I heard all the newer euro cars ran 5 volt o2 signals so something must be out there for me.
