Does anyone know if a set of 205/50/16 will fit an L body Omni with front and rear LRE springs? I got a set of nice used 16" rims cheap and want to put competition *** tires on the front and thats the only size they have them in for 16". Thanks in advance

Moved your thread so hopefully you get your answer.

I assume you already tried the wheel to be sure it cleared all brake and suspension components.

You may be able to measure yourself.
P = Passenger Car
205 = tread Width
50 = Aspect Ratio or sidewall height, # is % of tread width
16 = Wheel Diameter
S/T/H/V/Z = Speed Rating

I do not know what the OE tire size is/was but the tires you want to install are...
Tread is 205 mm wide
Sidewall is 102.5 mm high
Wheel diameter 16"

The stock Horizon with 165/80R-13s had a tire diameter of 23.39 inches and of course the tire was 165 mm wide. The Omni GLH used 195/50R15s with a diameter of 22.67 inches and a width of 195 mm. With stock suspension I have used 185/80R13 with a diameter of 24.65 inches. There was no contact with the body or wheel wells Your choice of 205/50R16 is 24.07 inches in diameter. 1/2 an inch shorter but almost an inch wider. The 16s might clear with stock suspension but the big concern would be how much the LRE springs lower the body.
