Yes, it's 5/8" or .623" as shown above. I just measured the pipe on a spare valve cover I have and it is .623" OD...not at the nipple which is of course slightly larger.

Nope, just a stock 86' TI motor. the area of the PCV looks like crap. and was pirated together. Really want to re-do this.
Also, any idea of any kind of replacement for the breather in the airbox? just some kind of foam or sponge?

I have one, looking to install in 86' T1. what direction does everything go in?
The connections are marked in post #2 with the picture.

As far as the breather element, last time I checked it was available at rockauto for less than $1. You can use just about any foam, it needs to be at least resistant to oil and you dont want a foam that is going to come apart and get sucked into the engine/threw the filter.
