Basically, they are an update on the 2.2/2.5 lifters. They are supposed to run quieter and resist pump-up at high revs. Post #17 shows what I ordered, I got the used ones for budget reasons and will see how they run compared to what I had before.

I'm running used PT lifters in both of my current cars, my last performance engine build, and I installed them in a friend's car years ago. Lots of hard miles, long trips, and high RPMs with never a stray tick or clack, even after 1 engine sat for almost a year without being started. They just work, and work well. I have bags of stock 2.2 lifters now, including some brand new ones, that are effectively paper weights. I'll never go back to the stock units.

Ok sadly
P5007440 as of 10/29/2019 are officially discontinued by Mopar.
The factory non-performance P/N 4777976AA also looks like it MAY be pending obsolescence

For what it’s worth;
MP were made by Dana/Spicer
Factory were made Hy-Lift
