Hey
few quick questions
1st Im loosing coolent I know its leeking from somewhere because my last oil change I let the oil drain and when I came back I had a puddle of coolent on the tarp under my car (86 Laser xt) So my Question is where are some common and not so common spots for the coolent to leak from.

2nd I also just resently redid my belts and deleted my ac compressor bhaelt, not running ac so I dont need it. not having it shouldnt cause any probems right? Just want to make sure.

Thx

Coolant leaks can come from anywhere coolant flows.
The most common area's would be radiator, hoses, water pump, you need to pressure test the system or isolate the area where the coolant is leaking.
Where was the puddle located?
Deleting the A/C will not create any problems, the A/C belt only runs the compressor.

Check the coolant return hose from the turbo to the back of the block. Also, make sure that you don't have a freeze plug that rusted out. Was the leak near the tranny or belt side? If it was near the tranny, look at your heater hoses connected to the firewall (to heater core).
