Rear Brake On Master Cylinder??

1987 Sundance turbo1 car . There are two lines running into the master cylinder. Does Anyone know which line is the Rear Brakes. Trying to hook up line lock......thanks

When I did my brake upgrade I asked the same question. basically the rear reservoir [closest to firewall] is for the right front, and left rear brakes. front reservoir is for the left front and right rear brakes, so I don't think you can hook up a line lock, just do what everyone else does... use the e-brake :thumb:

We have a split diagonal system for safety so yeah, its like LF and RR are together and RF and LR. You would need to trace each line and run 2 line loc solenoids.

since i have to do all that im just going jack the car up and see whats going on with the E-brake....Thanks Guys... :cool:

I figured you would, ;) lol!
The only way to run 1 line lock is to replumb the brakes to a F-R system not a diag split system. I did this on my shadow however it also requires the use of a manually adjustable prop valve. I would not recomend this setup on a street car since if you blow a line or hose to either one of the front brakes your left with only the rear brakes.
