Find the Rear disc, master cylinder and proportion valve setup from a car that had rear disc brakes, just get the backing plate and all of the goodies that are associated with the rear brakes and put them on the Duster and then put in the 24mm master cylinder and the proportion valve and bleed the brakes. And you are done. But I would find a set of 60mm Calipers and 11" rotors (if you do not have them already which you may) and put the 11" setup on the front with 60mm calipers. That would be the best way to go about it.
