Whats the easiest way to remove the broken dipstick tube? its broken off flush at the block. I have the motor out, so i can put it on an stand and take off the oil pan. Then how can I get the good tube off my other motor without breaking it. and that'll be out too.

plus how do i install it. i forgot about that part.

Pop the oil pan off and use a punch to pop it out from behind if it just simply won't pull out.
