Thanks for taking the time to read this.
I'm restoring an 1987 Shelby Lancer.
It's been sitting in the desert mountains for 14 years and hasn't been on the road since 1999.
Got it running and driving.
Now its time for some interior love.
Top of the list is the front drivers door window mechanism.
The roller that attaches window tape the bottom of window is missing.
No luck finding a parts car or a lebaron.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

I have a picture of it taken from the passenger side.
I haven't figured out how to post it just yet.

Here's the picture of the wheel(roller) and the retaining clip I need.
It attaches the window regulator tape to the window and rolls back and forth as the window goes up and down.

if you can find something from the same era as your lancer at the wreckers you should be able to find the roller you need..except onmi/charger
they used the old fashioned sissor lifts still
caravan daytona lebarons .. all use the choo choo track lifts

i have no idea what's in a k car door though

Negative ghost rider.
The only cars that have this set up are the lancer and the lebaron gts.
I have taken the doors apart on daytonas, omnis, and new yorkers from the same time period to no avail.
I have ran out of options and turned to this sight as a last resort.

They have an 87 Shelby lancer in a yard near me. I'm going tomorrow morning to get the transmission out of it so I'll try to grab those for you while I'm there.

I grabbed this after the transmission kicked my ass for 4 hours
It's not in perfect shape but it should work ok.

I feel your pain dealing with these mopars.
They are a bit over engineered.
Did you get a manual or automatic?
How do I pay you and get that Rockin' Roller'?
