any one know were i can get the correct sway bar bushings for an 88 dodge daytona shelby z ive orderd 2 different sets the energy siuspenson ones are an 1in an 1/16 and they dont even fit inside diamiter to small out side dkiamiter to big i need this car in whyoming by tues have a ton of parts for trade for bushings or if u have a set for sale let me know

I got mine from oreilley made by mooge 2 diff part#s 1 for frame 1 for controll arms.They are hard polly.I will post the #s tomorrow if I remember!

I have an 87 and the 88 should be the same sway bar. It's 1-1/4 inner and 1-1/16 outers. Polybushing.com sells them as well. They fit like a glove as I just replaced them.

hey thanks for all the advice i cant belive i never looked at the universal ones at auto zone:bang head the energy suspension poly ones fit like a glove i haven't installed them yet but i keep having a arm clearance i assume i should try mounting the outer ends of the sway bar first then do centers? i gotta get this car done by friday i need to be in larmie wy with it by sat for school registration to wyotech one figure out how to post pics i will i did a dash replacement redid the headliner added electronic navigation gauge never used gauge cluster almost done assembling a 2.5 build by fwd hoping to be about 420 hp:fingersx: it would be nice to find some local td guys to help with the install ive seen a few td's here never met any of em since ive moved backk to mn

I bolted up the centres first and did the outers later (with the car ont he ground, but I upgraded to an 89/90 subframe/a-arm assembly)Check with your local MN SDAC. I'm just north of Minnesota and I've met a few of the Minnesota turbo dodge guys a few years back. Hoping I can weld up some floors and perhaps do some racing. We should meet up at Rockfalls in the future. Here's their meeting thread

You shouldn't be having any a-arm clearance issues no matter which bushings you install 1st. I do the centers 1st.
