I think you'd have quite a lot of trouble getting the exhaust to come out of the fender. First of all routing the exhaust from out of the turbo and then come across and towards the front of the car to get to the fender is your frist problem. Then finding a place to get the exhaust to come out the fender is another challenge. I think this would be very difficult to do on a fwd turbo dodge.

with a GN the turbo sits right there on the side of the motor making exiting out the fender fairly easy. A TD has the turbo in the back making it alot of work to route it all the way up front. Routing it down and out the side would be much easier and probably less restrictive.

Chris Chow's car is also very custom being its a TT V8, it probbaly has very little for an engine bay too.
I've seen quite a few Hondas on the net with the type of exhaust at the lower portion of the fender...but as stated already, the TurboDodge setup doesn't easily permit it.

I would think that it would suck having the exaust before the cabin. Right now I get plumes of exaust smell when I stomp on it in my car due to the leak at the turbo.
