on my way home from work tonight my 89 dodge daytona turbo shelby lost all fire and did not show anything on my tack when i tried turing it back over . then it started back up and ran fine. then it did it two more times. could this be in my coil / or my dis. please help i need to make it to work the rest of the week. any ideas ! this is the onley forum that really gives me what i need to know .and you guys are so helpfull. thanks james:bang head

I'd check the hall effect pickup in the distributor.

Any fault codes?

nope but thats a good idea. that means when it heats up it dies right then when it cools down it will run agine right

Check for fault codes, you may even want to wiggle the wires on the HEP coming out of the distributor to see if you can simulate the condition. also be sure the HEP connector is clean of corrosion and tight and secure.
