do you guys think i can swap a compressor housing while the turbo is in the car?

and where would the EGR tube go then?

oh and do you guys think i can stuff a 2.5 inch downpipe into a 2.25 flange?

I do not know if it is possible to swap compressor housings with the turbo in the car or not but i certainly would not attempt it. The EGR tube goes into the SV and a 2.5" DP will fit in a 2.25" SV but a 3" DP will not. Hope this helps.

aww sweet now i dont need to fab up an exhaust and on the egr tube i meant where does the other end go on the t1 turbo it goes from the waste gate housing to in front of the turbo at that elbow that screws on....

well i found out yesterday my garrett with 40k miles on it is seized... so i guess ima go with a shitsu... if i have a good one or im screwed or something...

im avoiding taking the swing valve off.... oh yea and.. when you put the motor in you slip it up from the bottom with both manifolds on?

yea thats what i was thinking... i gotta put the motor in and was thinking i should do it as 1 big peice... kinda like plug n play hahaha
