how do you lose 16 lifters and discs????

It's a funny story actually. The engine I bought had no lifter disks on the intake side and half were missing on the exhaust side. I took my trusty magnet and began dragging it around the cam and oil returns and cam up with 12 of the disks. The other are probably in the oil pan. The lifters on the exhaust side ae all new style and in good shape but the intake side are a mismatch of old and new style. Half of the intake side lifters are junk..

I knew that car was not going to be worth that $3k he was asking....

Good thing I only paid 1k for it..

kinda both lol its a long storie but the parts are needed by both and it doesnt say at first post so its a guessing game

Tim needs them for the car he just bought. im the one whos putting them in. he found 12 of the disks so far so thats on hold til he drains the oil and drops the pan. the lifers are the stock ones and most are junk.
