Hey all...

Was up under the ol' Daytona this weekend installing engine mounts... finally got a chance to crawl back under there far enough to see the turbo from the bottom side. It looks like the oil line coming off of the turbo is leaking where it bolts up. The line just runs back down to the pan so I'm assuming that is the oil return.

Before I go piling through my manuals to try and figure this out... is there a gasket or something there that I can change? It's not a horrific leak... but it is present. I can't see any physical damage... so I'm figuring the line is just not sealed up properly where it bolts up.

Advice is appreciated.

There is a gasket between the turbo and oil drain back tube.
While you're in there, I'd also replace that silicone line from drain back tube to oil pan.

Now from what I understand... the turbo on my 89 is a mitsu unit?
