I have a 1988 Chrysler Town & Country Station Wagon for sale. 2.2 Turbo, auto, PL, PW, PM, CC, AM/FM, 88K miles, minor rust, wood is sun faded, been sitting for 2 years, new exhaust, new battery, damage to right door, replaced with white one. Trim has not been reinstalled nor has door been fitted well. 500.00. Just west of Milwaukee, WI. Great base for converting another car. It runs a bit rough. Belonged to a friend's dad.
Also, 1995 Plymouth Grand Voyager, 3.0L needs timing belt, does not run, includes extra 3.0L engine. Van is originally from Florida, no rust, 200K miles. I picked it up from my neighbor with the intent of installing the new engine. PDL, tilt, captains (solo) seats in back, RDF, dual air bags, crack in windshield, some dents in tail gate - otherwise very clean. lots of new parts, Interior good shape for mileage, comfortable seats. 500.00 with extra engine.
Deal for both? 750.00
Send me a PM or reply here! Thanks for your interest. I can email you photos.
I would consider trading the minivan for a straight, clean 88/89 Dodge Aries or Plymouth Reliant wagon. Then I would transplant the T&C drive train into the new body. Let me know what you have.
More work than I need right now. The head liner had been removed by the previous owner. Ready for recovering. New battery. The right rocker panel below the passenger door is dented a bit and prevents the door from closing well. The wire hub caps have seen some curb action. The wood panels are supposed to be easily restored. If the car were in a bit better shape - I'd make a project of it. I'd rather spend time on a true Shelby-R/T, Turbo MV or have a better base to start. I bought it on a whim.
Here are some photos of the worst of it. The rocker is dented in two places. There is a hole just starting to sprout on the drivers side floor. The drivers seat shows the worst of the wear. The rest of the seats are fine.
I would not hesitate to drive it to Illinois. It needs a front end alignment due to the former owner driving into a culvert. I have not anything to it since I bought it.
