is that an early 5.0 hood scoop - it looks alot like the one I put on my turismo - backwards they follow the hood lines

yeah,i tested it and like i said #2. it is all good though. i have a spare motor in the shop. i will just buy a gasket set and let her rip!You can often find which rod it is by removing one spark plug wire at a time with engine running of course. When the offending cyl wire is removed, the knock will stop typically.
Depends. If you are doing it just for the gain, probably not. If you exhausted all the low-hanging fruit, then maybe. If you are doing a rebuild with new pistons, then yes it is absolutely worth it.That dosnt seem worth it to me then... a cold air does 5hp for us and is cheeeeep
