He's a member on here, but I should have looked him up first... doesn't post much... I think he found an old thread in which I was interested in side louvers that had been sold. He PM'd me and sent pics. Said he got burned using PayPal and had to have a check....should have been my first clue... I have done some digging on the internet and a man by the same name comes up only a few house numbers down the road from his address....it's the Freaking Mayor of Clio, AL... I am wondering if this is his kid or something... Like I said, I don't want to go nuts on him yet, but dammit he could at least reply to me...

He PM'd me as well on these side louvers. Was real shifty because I told him the last set of louvers for sale were 75 and were METAL. Then he told me they would be selling for a lot more if they were.

IDK sounded shifty to me.

Yeah. He cashed the check on the 20th and said the louvers would leave on the 21st. Still nothing as of this evening... starting to pi$$ me off...

Well...still nothing. No replies to my PM's or emails... Dude took $75 from me and sent nothing... Wouldn't be such a big deal if he'd just reply and say they will be on their way....

Haven't heard a thing from him and still no louvers. Literally robbed me of $75.00... I am going to leave him negative feedback. May also contact the state police near him and press charges. I realize it will cost me more the $75.00...alot more, but I need to teach this P.O.S. a lesson. Damn bottom feeder as far as I'm concerned. People like him ruin sites like this for people... How hard is it to be honest?!? We're doing a good thing here by sharing information and stories about the cars we love and some a$$hole comes in just to prey on us...

Just called. Person that answered already sounded 'burned'... Claimed to know nothing about it and said it must have been his dad... He's "at the movies"...I will call him again later. You know...I wouldn't be so pi$$ed if he'd just have either returned my emails and/or my money. Not like it was much, but it's the principle...
