I bought an intake and exhaust manifold gasket set for my turbo II Daytona Shelby Z, and I've been able to figure out which gasket is which do far, except for the one pictured below.

The box indicates it as an "Intake Manifold to Water Crossover" gasket but I cannot for the life of me figure out where it goes. It also came with another smaller gasket that looks like is for some fluid connection. I see no way for water to make it's way into the intake manifold so my best guess is that it's for another engine that shares this intake/exhaust port pattern, but if anyone here can confirm or deny that I'd appreciate it very much.

It is for the NA probably carbureted engines.

Right above, non Turbo Engines had a coolant heated intake manifold.

"complete"gasket sets cover all versions of a given engine so you end up with stuff you'll never need

I wonder how many people look at the funny gasket with 4 large round holes and 8 small ones and say "what does this fit?" If you never saw a two piece intake you would have no idea what it's for.
