What size vacuum lines do I buy? I want to put all new lines in and want it as neat as possible so is smaller gauge better or what size is best?
Thanks,
Brian

The best size are the original size. 5/32 and 7/32. Advanced sells very good lines and a whole plastic connecter kit for routing, and wire looms if you prefer them too. Only thing they don't have that I needed to redo all my lines is vacuum blocks.

...To an extent. I'd find what each size lines are and buy new lines the same size for the same area. It wont make a big impact because of how small the difference is, but why try changing factory proven sizes basically. In most case if the lines will fit on the barbs tightly it'll work.

7/32 is mainly used for the vapor canister vacuum control and 5/32 is for every thing else if my memory serves me correctly. Be sure to save your check valves and orifices as you delete them. I did not install a vacuum bock, I drilled and tapped the intake manifold.
