Have a loud humming sound heard from inside car on passenger side. Can't be heard from under the hood. Can't be fuel pump. What is it? Thanks.

there is some cars with an external fuel pump so it could be the pump. What kind of car is it. Chargers had the external fuel pump pretty sure.
