I was doing some browsing today and went to a website I've purchased several toys from. Just happened to look to see what they offered in a PT and was very suprised by what I found. Can you find the mistakes? 8o

The obvious mistakes to me are the bumpers...I don't remember black bumpers on any 2004 PT Cruiser unless it was a black car...

And I really don't think Ford would have much to say about the car model...

:D
I sent the company an email and (as politely as I could) insisted upon authenticity! Also asked them what the purpose of the Ford authorization was. We'll see if they answer! ?:|
Maybe Ford made the watch :}

Ahhh then it would run slow! !!!!:D
If you scroll down further, you will find that the other wrist watch remote control vehicle is a Ford, that's why the dual approval. But I would have to agree with calling it a 2004 with black bumpers as the "obvious" mistake.|)
I did get an email back from someone at Motor Mint. They said they had sold out of all those PT's and it was intended to be a 2003, not a 2004. He looked at the add too and agreed that the Ford authorization was out of place. I replied thanking him for noticing their errors. I offered to be a person of review if they should ever make any more PT's but havent heard back from him since.

Well, even in '03 only the base came with black bumpers.
At least they didn't call it aa 2000 model...:}
I thought the rule was, only the first half of model year 2003 came out with unpainted bumpers and then they all went to painted, as many were threatening to do a class action suit over the tape marks???
