I just fininshed ripping out the motor/tranny of my 1984 Rampage. I was told that I will need an alignment before I start driving it again, even if ive had one recently (less than 2k mile). Also, I was told that I had to replace my front wheel bearings. Will my wheels be wobbily If I don't? Why would I need to replace those bearings? Any advice on the topic would be appreciated.

Thanks,
-Michael

If you had no problems with your wheel bearings before, then there's no need to change them just because you did a motor/tranny install. If you removed your cv shafts by removing the two lower strut bolts, then you'll have to re-align it because that's where the camber adjustment is. If you did it by seperating the lower balljoint, then you wouldn't have to align it again.
