I have them, they are great and durable. 2 negatives: must remove them before a car wash or you lose them, your headlights are too dark for night time with the tinted ones. (but they're easy to pop off)

Little plastic flexible clips on each side, I just used clear silicone to attach them. And believe me, I drive in _cold_ , _hot_ and freaking fast.... no issues for many years.
