code 12

The only code Im getting in my 86 Turbo Z is a code 12. I have disconnected the LM recently so Im thinking thats why its throwing a code. What would be the symptoms of a code 12? Is it something that would make the motor run bad? On Russ's site, it says it will be removed after 15 keyon/off cycles. Can I just turn the key on/off 15 times to remove it or does it mean 15 engine running cycles?

Code 12 will show up if the batt. has been disconnected with in a certain number of starts. I have seen it not go away even after alot of new starts. Hope this helps.
Dont worry about the code, it's no biggie.
