HELP 2004 PT Cruiser Turbo Vacuum Line Placement

Does anyone know where this line connects to? Somewhere near the clean air hose, but not to it. Pleas HELP!

The hose starts from the green arrow and goes to the green circle. I believe it is connected to the svg plug.

My Cruiser is a 2005. Mine connects to where the yellow rectangle is in the photo below. Hope this helps.
