S60 is an inline external mounted FP. You will need to fab a small bracket and plumb it in to the fuel line.

 

So all I do is pull the stock one out of the tank, then cut into the fuel line running to the tank, bolt the fp to the bottom of the car, and run it in between the two lines?

Do you know what it's output is? Is an in-line better than an in-tank?

the instructions that came with mine said that the pump was to be used in line with the factory in tank pump.

But, I haven't put mine in yet. It needs stupid metric fittings.

 

yeah but then if the super 60 fails, your f-ed and you'll lean out. if you don't have the fact. one and the s60 fails, then you're car just wont run.

 

I think what he was getting at is that since the S60 fuel pump was originally put together for the L-bodies and they had a 2 pump system. One in the tank(a lift pump, low pressure high volume) and one in the fuel line (high pressure). If you only have 1 pump as is then you will have to remove the intank pump. Remember to plumb a fuel pickup in the tank, or else you won't be getting fuel.

 

A fuel pick-up? Sorry if i sound dumb, but what is that and where do i get one? I've never messed with fuel pumps before.
