under a GLH hood?

i have a standard omni hood and a GLH hood vent. Im getting ready to put it in this weekend (i do body work on the side) but was curious as to what the underneath of a GLH hood looked like? i know there is some sort of water tray that keeps water off the engine but never paid attention to it and i need to know so i can make something likei t. any pics would be incredibly helpful thanks

the hood is recessed and the vent fits into it, i think. you are right the bottom has a tray in it. the hood i have the tray is glued and welded to the hood itself. i had to cut that out so the hood would close because of the t2 intake manifold. i did not have enough clearence. i made a stainless cover and sealed it to the bottom to keep the water out of engine bay.
