wheel to to housing contact creating a belt screech. Turbos don't get stuck normally with less boost, floored at 4000 RPM the lowest on the SRT should be about 10 with detonation.
But regardless your bearing in the turbo are gone, Mobil 1 every 4,000 miles or cheap oil? Cheap oil and not changing it constantly will nuke a SRT / PT turbo REALLY FAST. Buy either a new center section or get the AGP cast housing and put a Super 60 Turbonetics turbo on it and upgrade.
Normally people think to get a huge turbo if not a stock one, but there are a lot of low priced nice smaller turbos that work great.:thumb:
