Mad map or computer?

The car is a 1989 daytona shelby.
Started up the car after turbo rebuild and the car idles good, but whenever i try to boost or rev it to 3k, the car dies, almost like a fuel cut/rev limiter. I looked at all the sensor outputs on my old OTC and everything seems to be in range and moving with rpms. I have the follwing codes: 12, 13, 14, 27, 37. 12 is NBD, i know 13,14 is map. 27 i believe is the inj 1 ckt. But 37 i couldn't find in my book. My charge temp sensor reads at the rail of 262* even when cold. Could this be causing it? Once in a while the car will drive And boost up ok, but majority of the time the car acts up. I will try another map sensor, but i saw that the conector is different. I have reset all the codes and then when i start up the car, i get 12, 13 and as the car runs the rest of the bunch.
Any input is appreciated
Thanks,

13 and 14 will both put you in limp mode which might explain why it's dying over 3000 RPM. 14 is the electrical side of the MAP, so make sure there's no corrosion on the contacts or any broken wires. Could just be the MAP is bad. It happens. If the computer is getting a bad MAP reading, chances are good it'll throw a 13 also (neumatic reading), so worry about the 14 first. 37 is the BARO solenoid. Right there in the same area/system. Is it possible you nicked some wires or something putting the new turbo in?

Is Your Code 27 a Hard Fault? You Cleared the Codes and it came back?
Would you like me to Post Dignostics? The Problem is in the Wiring or SMEC.
If so did your Scanner tell you it was #1 Injector Circuit?
Also Connect your Scanner and see if you have Access to "ASD Fuel System Test",on Chrysler Scanner it is under "Special Functions".
